How a handoff works
Snap the plate
The driver takes a photo of the license plate. The photo identifies the vehicle.
Confirm the pickup
DomFleet reads the plate, matches it to a vehicle in your fleet, and the driver confirms.
Return it
When the vehicle comes back, the driver snaps the plate and the odometer.

Why DomFleet exists
I manage a fleet of light and heavy-duty vehicles across several states. When a toll, a ticket or a dent came in, the only way to work out who had the vehicle was to dig through fuel card transactions. Drivers would often just jump in and go.
DomFleet is the tool I wanted: a photo and a tap from the driver, and a straight answer for the fleet manager. It doesn't replace your fleet management system. It answers one question well: who has this vehicle?
